Artisano Collective needed a marketplace for 40+ independent artisans to sell handcrafted goods. Off-the-shelf solutions couldn't handle multi-vendor commission splits, variable shipping rules, and the custom product configurator they envisioned.
We built a headless commerce storefront using Next.js with a Medusa.js backend. Each vendor has a self-service dashboard to manage products, orders, and payouts. Stripe Connect handles automatic commission splits. The product configurator lets buyers customize items with live previews.
