Information we collect

When you enquire about our services

Our contact form collects your name, email address, company name (optional) and the description of your project you choose to share.

When you use the AI Scope Analyzer

The analyzer collects what you type into it: your industry, company size, current setup, goals, pain points, desired features, integrations, expected scale, budget range, timeline, and any additional notes. You are not required to identify yourself to use it, and we ask that you do not enter confidential or personally identifying information about yourself or third parties into it.

When you enquire about a property

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, budget range, intended purchase timeline, purchase purpose, and any other details you submit in a lead form or message. We also receive technical data Meta or Google provide with lead ads, such as form ID, ad ID, and submission time.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and send the information you asked for
• To generate your scope report and, where you ask us to, discuss it with you
• To send property information, including JDA site plans and approval details
• To arrange site visits and follow up on WhatsApp, phone, or email
• To improve our ads and measure lead quality
• To comply with applicable law

We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

The AI Scope Analyzer and the problem-triage tool on our homepage send the text you submit to Google’s Gemini API, which generates the report you receive. That means your submitted project details are transmitted to and processed by Google as a third-party processor, subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices for its AI services. We send only what you enter into the tool. If you would rather not have your information processed this way, contact us directly by email or phone instead and we will scope your project manually.

Meta and Google lead forms

If you submit a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google lead form, that platform shares the information you entered with us. Their own privacy policies also apply to how they process data on their platforms.

WhatsApp and phone follow-up

By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree we may contact you on WhatsApp or by call about the property or service you enquired about. You can ask us to stop messaging at any time and we will.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business records, typically up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law. Meta may delete Instant Form leads from its tools after about 90 days; we may export copies to our CRM or spreadsheets for follow-up. Scope Analyzer submissions are processed to generate your report and are not stored on our servers — the static version of this site has no database.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers who help us run ads, forms, spreadsheets, AI processing, or communications — for example Meta, Google (including the Gemini API), WhatsApp, and sheet or CRM tools — only as needed to operate these services.

Your rights, including under the DPDPA 2023

Depending on applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, or withdraw consent for further contact. Contact the Grievance Officer below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
